Job Description
- You will be responsible for bridging communication between Japanese clients and internal teams, translating documents and marketing materials from Japanese to English and vice versa, and supporting the sales team in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with Japanese-speaking clients. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain strong relationships with Japanese partners and customers, assist in preparing sales reports and documentation for Japanese clients, and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction by coordinating with internal departments.
The ideal candidate for this role should have proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above preferred), a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English, good interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in International Business or Language Studies.
