Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter at Peak Performance Advisors. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill open positions. Additionally, the Recruiter will assist in developing job descriptions, organizing recruitment events, and maintaining candidate databases.
