Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Recruiter role based in Ajmer. The Senior Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to support the organizations talent acquisition needs. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to align hiring strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves creating recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent and staying updated on industry hiring trends to continually refine the process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Talent Sourcing, Applicant Screening, and Interview Coordination
• Strong knowledge of Recruitment Strategies and Candidate Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage deadlines
• Understanding of HR Policies, Employment Laws, and Market Trends
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in recruitment roles, preferably in MSME or fast-paced business environments
