Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will assist with various tasks including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, coordinating personnel management activities, and contributing to projects that enhance the overall workplace environment. The role also involves learning and assisting with HR management processes and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of HR functions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Passion for social impact and addressing educational disparities is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
