Account Analyst

PENNEP is looking for a detail-oriented and reliableContractual Accountantto manage end-to-end accounting and compliance functions. The role requires strong expertise in payroll, statutory filings, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience withZoho Booksis mandatory, while knowledge ofQuickBookswill be a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Managepayroll processingwith accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensurecompliance with PF, ESI, GST, and TDS, including filing and reporting.
• Handlebookkeepingand maintain accurate ledgers of all financial transactions.
• Conductbank reconciliationsand resolve discrepancies.
• Manageaccounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoicing.
• Track and reconcileemployee reimbursements and company expenses.
• Assist withmonthly/quarterly closing, preparation of P&L, and balance sheet.
• Support intax audits, statutory audits, and compliance reporting.
• Providefinancial analysis and insightsfor cash flow and cost control.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and auditors as required.

Requirements

• A minimum of12 years of accounting experienceis required.
• Proven knowledge of payroll, compliance, and taxation.
• Mandatory:Hands-on experience withZoho Books.
• Preferred:Knowledge ofQuickBooks.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
