What You'll Own :

Growth & Revenue :

- Drive top-line expansion.

- Land with VIBit, expand with CIM within existing accounts.

- Open new verticals and geographies - South East Asia, Middle East, and the US market.
Organization Building :

- Scale the team from 41 to 100+ people.

- Build the right structure, culture, and performance standards.

- Develop a second layer of leadership that can run the business independently.
Fundraising & Investor Relations :

- Lead or co-lead the Series A process alongside the Founder.

- Own the investor narrative, drive due diligence, manage post-close reporting.

- Position the company for a strong Series B.
Operational Excellence :

- Build repeatable systems across sales, delivery, customer success, and support.

- Own P&L accountability with a clear path to PAT profitability.
Strategic Partnerships :

- Develop OEM and channel partnerships that multiply sales reach without proportional headcount cost.
Must-Have :
- 12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in Industrial IoT, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, or related industrial technology.
- Hands-on understanding of the full solution stack - sensors, edge computing, cloud platforms, AI/ML-based diagnostics (not just surface-level familiarity).
- Proven track record of enterprise sales and deployments across at least three of these sectors: cement, steel, pharma, automotive, FMCG, chemicals, water & utilities.
- Experience operating in a fast-growing technology company - comfortable with ambiguity, resource constraints, and building systems while running.
- Strong commercial instincts - ability to read a room, close deals, and hold a P&L.
- Leadership presence that can represent the company to enterprise customers, channel partners, and investors equally well.
Strong Plus :
- Experience raising early-stage VC capital (Seed to Series B) - from the founder or senior leadership side of a funding round.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline - ideally complemented by an MBA from a reputed institution.
- Exposure to international markets, particularly the US, South East Asia, or Middle East.
- Familiarity with India's industrial landscape - PLI schemes, BRSR/ESG compliance mandates, and the manufacturing capex cycle.
- Domain depth is non-negotiable.

- We will not consider candidates who have not spent meaningful time selling or deploying industrial IoT, predictive maintenance, or Industry 4.0 solutions in the field.
