We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Supply Chain Management function for our healthcare facility in Mangalore. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of medical and non-medical supplies, ensuring seamless availability of critical resources to support clinical excellence.

You will collaborate closely with hospital leadership, clinical department heads, and external vendors to optimize procurement cycles and inventory health. By driving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, you will directly impact patient care outcomes and the financial sustainability of the hospital, ensuring that our supply chain infrastructure remains robust, compliant, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the end-to-end procurement strategy for medical equipment, consumables, and pharmaceuticals to ensure uninterrupted clinical operations and optimal stock levels.
- Manage high-value vendor relationships and contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee comprehensive inventory management systems, implementing rigorous controls to minimize wastage, prevent stock-outs, and reduce carrying costs.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with NABH standards and regulatory requirements across all procurement and storage processes to maintain the highest levels of patient safety.
- Drive the digital transformation of supply chain workflows by leveraging ERP systems to enhance data accuracy, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.
- Analyze spend patterns and operational metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements that align with the hospitals strategic financial goals.
