Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a strong HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and drive people strategy, organization effectiveness, and a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior business leaders
- Drive workforce planning, talent management and succession planning
- Lead performance management, rewards and employee engagement initiatives
- Coach leaders on people, culture and employee relations matters
- Drive change management and organization effectiveness interventions
- Ensure compliance, employee experience and a culture of trust and inclusion
- Partner closely with the CHRO and HR CoEs on strategic HR initiatives
