Manager - Performance Marketing - Luxury Personal Care Products

Role Overview:
A fast growing beauty and wellness brand is looking for a data driven Media Buyer - Performance Marketing Manager to own customer acquisition, revenue growth, and campaign performance across digital channels. This role covers the full stack: media buying, attribution, tracking infrastructure, analytics, and growth optimization.
What you will do:
- Own customer acquisition and revenue growth through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage and scale monthly ad budgets of 50 Lakhs+ while protecting efficiency and profitability.
- Track and improve ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
- Run structured testing across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
- Analyze funnels, customer journeys, and attribution data to find growth opportunities.
- Brief creative for what converts.
- Set up and maintain tracking: UTM taxonomy, Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM, and Shopify attribution.
- Build automated reporting with actionable insights.
What we're looking for:
- 2 to 6 years in Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Growth Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with experience managing 50 Lakhs+ monthly spends.
- Comfortable reading Shopify analytics alongside Meta and Google Ads data.
- Hands on with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Beauty, Wellness, FMCG, or a performance agency preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
