Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Manage Meta and Google App campaigns; track CAC, CPI, CVR and funnel performance
- Optimise targeting, bidding and audiences to scale winning campaigns
- Partner with creative teams on hooks, messaging and testing
- Improve conversion across the install to purchase funnel with product and analytics teams
- Maintain attribution hygiene; support cohort analysis and remarketing
What We're Looking For:
- 2 to 6 years in performance marketing across B2C, ecommerce or quick commerce
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google App Campaigns
- Strong grasp of funnel metrics, attribution and app acquisition
- High ownership and execution bias in a fast paced startup environment
