Senior Product Manager - D2C/eCommerce

Tech Product Manager - D2C / E-commerce:
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive digital product initiatives across our D2C and e-commerce ecosystem. The role will work closely with business, technology, design, marketing and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce journeys and product execution, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and drive initiatives from ideation to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and prioritization for key consumer-facing digital products and platforms.
- Work closely with business and leadership teams to understand customer and business problems and translate them into product requirements.
- Create PRDs, user stories, product flows and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
- Drive end-to-end product development from requirement gathering and solution definition through development, UAT and launch.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Experience and other stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, conversion, retention and overall digital experience.
- Analyze product and business metrics such as conversion rate, traffic, AOV, repeat purchase, cart abandonment and customer retention to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing and data-driven product improvements where relevant.
- Own integrations with relevant payments, CRM, analytics, logistics, marketplace and other third-party systems.
- Work with technology teams to define product requirements while ensuring scalability, reliability and a strong user experience.
- Monitor product performance after launch and continuously identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously and ensure clear communication of priorities, timelines and dependencies.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure effective execution.
Key Requirements:
- 3 - 7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, consumer internet, retail-tech or similar environments.
- Experience working on consumer-facing web/mobile products or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce/product journeys such as catalogue, search, product discovery, cart, checkout, payments, orders and customer experience.
- Hands-on experience in writing PRDs, user stories, product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in an Agile environment.
- Good understanding of product analytics, funnels, conversion and customer behavior.
- Exposure to APIs, third-party integrations and technology platforms.

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to balance business priorities, customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Preferred Background:
- Candidates from D2C, e-commerce, consumer internet, retail-tech, marketplaces or consumer apps would be preferred.
