Role Overview

A senior leadership role to head and grow the Environmental practice for a global consulting setup based in India. The role involves driving strategy, technical excellence, global collaboration, and business growth across multiple infrastructure and industrial sectors while working closely with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Environment & Sustainability practice, driving strategy, growth, and market positioning
• Support global regions (UK, Middle East, North America, etc.) in business development, bids, and project delivery
• Act as a bridge between India and global teams for knowledge transfer, best practices, and delivery alignment
• Champion quality assurance, governance, and compliance across environmental and ESG services
• Drive digital transformation, innovation, and process standardization
• Mentor, develop, and build high-performing multidisciplinary teams with strong succession planning
• Oversee project delivery, utilization, revenue performance, and key KPIs
• Lead ESG strategy, reporting, and compliance aligned with global frameworks

Candidate Profile

Get Hired
• Degree in Environment / Engineering / Sustainability or related field (Masters preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in environmental or sustainability consulting
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong exposure to international standards and regulatory frameworks (UK, EU, US, Middle East)
• Experience working on global projects and cross-border delivery models
• Familiarity with digital tools such as GIS, Power BI, carbon accounting platforms
