About the Role:

We are hiring for a fast-growing consumer brands platform backed by leading investors, with a diverse portfolio spanning beauty, wellness, nutrition, healthcare, and lifestyle categories. We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to strengthen financial governance and support the next phase of growth across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, and controllership across group entities.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and reporting.
• Drive compliance with Companies Act, Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits; oversee treasury, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and fund utilization.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, SOPs, and finance processes.
• Drive automation, MIS improvements, ERP implementation, and process standardization.
• Manage inter-company transactions, reconciliations, transfer pricing coordination, and group reporting.
• Partner with business leaders on profitability, cost optimization, and working capital initiatives.
• Oversee inventory accounting, fixed asset controls, insurance portfolio management, and financial discipline across entities.
• Support due diligence, corporate structuring, M&A integration, and strategic finance projects.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (1st attempt or 2nd attempt) with 10 - 15 years of experience in Financial Controllership.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, audits, compliance, treasury, governance, and internal controls.
• Exposure to multi-brand, multi-product organizations with complex business structures.
• Background in consumer, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, or distribution-led businesses preferred.
• Experience with both in-house and contract manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of international operations, transfer pricing, FEMA, or overseas entities is a strong advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
