Financial Controller - CA

Role Overview:

As the Financial Controller based in Bangalore, you will serve as the financial backbone of the organization, overseeing the integrity of our accounting operations and financial reporting. You will work closely with the CFO, department heads, and external auditors to ensure fiscal discipline and regulatory compliance. Your day-to-day involves managing the month-end close process, optimizing cash flow, and providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. By maintaining robust internal controls and accurate financial data, you directly influence the company's scalability and long-term financial health, ensuring we remain agile in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and financial statement preparation, to ensure absolute accuracy for stakeholders and investors.
• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles by collaborating with cross-functional teams to align departmental spending with broader organizational growth targets.
• Oversee tax compliance and statutory filings to mitigate financial risk and ensure the company adheres to all local and national regulatory requirements.
• Implement and refine internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and improve the efficiency of financial workflows across the organization.
• Analyze financial performance metrics and variances to provide the leadership team with clear, data-driven recommendations that optimize operational profitability.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrate deep expertise in financial accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance, backed by a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
