Job Description
- As a skilled finance professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in finance and planning, including specific expertise in Commercial finance, you will have the opportunity to join PepsiCo's Financial Planning team in Hyderabad, India. You will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic growth of the business by actively participating in the preparation of MIS Reporting, coordination with various functions and business partners, handling adhoc queries, calendar preparation, project tracking, and leading a team of reporting analysts.
Your responsibilities will include preparing MIS reports such as KPIs, PBRs, and Waste reporting, collaborating with input providers and different functions, managing adhoc queries and calendar scheduling, overseeing project tracking, and leading a team of 4 functional and technical Reporting analysts. Your role will involve workflow management for Central reports and key projects, requiring your expertise in financial systems like SAP, Tableau, and MS Office, along with a strong understanding of business processes, particularly in the FMCG sector.
To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, business administration, or economics with a high level of Finance & Accounting experience. Additionally, having qualifications like CA, ICWAI, MBA, or CPA Finance will be advantageous. Proficiency in Tableau is a must, and familiarity with other financial reporting systems is desired. Your technical knowledge and experience in both Management reporting and planning processes, along with exceptional communication skills in English, will be essential for success in this position.
