Business Analyst Manager
Responsible for identifying trends and provides insights to improve sales performance and drive revenue growth. Responsible for role involves forecasting, reporting, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and forecast future sales.
- Provide recommendations to optimize sales strategies, improve sales processes, and enhance overall sales performance.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to align sales initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate pricing strategies and profitability to optimize revenue generation.
- Utilize CRM systems to improve customer relationship management and track sales activities.
- Contribute to strategic planning and the development of long-term sales strategies.
Qualification And Experience:
1. BE & MBA with Relevant experience of 2-5 years in sales analysis, data analysis, or a related field within the manufacturing industry.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis, statistical modelling, and interpretation of complex data sets.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
5. Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
