Jr. Global Mobility Associate

The Jr. Global Mobility Associate will use their organizational and detail-oriented skills to support the administrative functions of the global mobility process. This position will be responsible for organizing immigration files, updating and maintaining immigration case worksheets and responding to general inquires from the global mobility inbox.
Responsibilities

• Timely preparing H-1B and TN petitions with a high-level of accuracy.
• Ensuring H-1B folders are organized per standards and PAFs are timely prepared. Performing other administrative tasks as needed/requested.
• Assisting with the case trackers/spreadsheets and shared inbox to ensure cases arent missed, timely action is taken, and our inbox is organized.
• Maintaining strong and positive relationships with teammates and internal clients.
• Assisting with, and adapting to, changes to processes, team structure, workload, etc.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 1-5 Years of experience
