Full Stack Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in Java, Python, AWS Cloud, and Integration Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable microservices, cloud-native applications, and enterprise integration solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Django, AWS services, DevOps practices, and Work to automation platforms to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable business solutions.

What Youll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Python.
• Build cloud-native microservices and distributed systems using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Django.
• Architect and implement REST APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
• Design and develop scalable AWS-based applications and services.
• Build and manage integrations using Workato recipes, triggers, actions, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain containerized applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization practices.
• Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical mentoring activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Expertise Youll Bring:

• 8-10 years of software engineering experience using Java and Python.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Experience developing applications using Django framework.
• Proven expertise designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong AWS cloud experience including:
• EKS / ECS
• AWS Lambda
• RDS
• DynamoDB
• S3
• API Gateway
• CloudFormation / Terraform
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, automation, and operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with Work to development including recipes, triggers, actions, and workflows.
• Experience building scalable API-driven applications and integrations.
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices.
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
