About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineering Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade software solutions. The role requires strong expertise in C#/.NET, Object-Oriented Design, modern web technologies, and Agile development practices. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure software quality, drive engineering excellence, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex business-critical applications.

What Youll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture and application design decisions.
• Implement solutions for assigned defects, enhancements, and feature requests.
• Apply Object-Oriented Design and Programming principles to build maintainable software systems.
• Develop applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and SignalR.
• Anticipate system faults, failure modes, and unusual events, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.
• Design and develop automated unit tests to validate software quality and design requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Monitor work progress against project schedules and communicate status to leadership teams.
• Identify technical risks and provide proactive solutions to ensure successful delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and development standards.
• Support production issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution activities.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering excellence initiatives.

Expertise Youll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 15 to 18 years of experience in software development and engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET, Web API, and enterprise application development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web development technologies including JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and SignalR.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practice.
• Experience developing scalable, high-performance, and maintainable applications.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing, unit testing frameworks, and quality assurance practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with software risk assessment, fault tolerance, and system reliability concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Action-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and outcomes.
• Proven commitment to achieving project milestones and delivery objectives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and team leadership abilities.
