Job Description

    As an Operational Excellence Consultant, you will serve as an internal advisor for the countries, guiding them towards enhancing sales processes through optimization and standardization via the adoption of Shared Services and the integration of automation solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for process standardization and automation of manual workflows, leading process automation and robotization projects in collaboration with the IT team, engaging with various organizational levels across functions to ensure successful project implementation, researching and introducing process automation innovations and technologies, measuring and analyzing KPIs to assess process effectiveness, and promoting best practices, standardization, and operational excellence within the sales organization.
    The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with proficiency in business English. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving focus, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills are essential. Additionally, a continuous improvement mindset, efficiency, and effectiveness focus, flexibility, ability to think innovatively, and IT and automation expertise would be beneficial though not mandatory.
