Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Business Operations Analyst (Fresher) located in Barasat-I (N) 24 PGS. The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for assessing and improving business operations, performing data analysis, and developing effective solutions to optimize efficiency. Additionally, the role involves supporting business decision-making through comprehensive analysis and clear communication, as well as coordinating with various teams to align operations with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Business Operations and Business Analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively identify and solve problems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Interest or background in technology-driven solutions is an advantage
• Degree in Business Administration (BBA / MBA (Ops)) Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred

Remuneration:

• First 3 months - Rs. 7,000 / month
• After 3 months, starting from Rs. 14k / month (exclusive all deductions) as Full time WFO mode.
• Incentives on team work achievements.
