As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, IX, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients who use our revolutionary recruitment software, RX. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing guidance and training to our clients on how to best utilize our software.
What Youll Do

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our recruitment software, RX
• Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use our software effectively
• Document and track all technical support requests and resolutions in our system
• Continuously monitor and improve the overall performance and stability of our software
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in recruitment technology
  

What Youve Done

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the software industryStrong knowledge of integration like calling APIs, API Configuration.
• Knowledge on monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, etc.,
• Knowledge on DB and SQL
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Strong knowledge of recruitment technology and processes
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
