Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Commercial Sales Manager B2B. The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth B2B, leading a team to achieve targets, and managing key client relationships. The role requires developing strategic business plans, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient day-to-day sales operations. Responsibilities also include identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, providing customer support, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management B2B
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic Business Planning
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in the business advisory or migration services industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
