Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Finance / Finance Manager to oversee the organizations financial planning, budgeting, accounting, cash flow management, reporting, and financial controls. The role will be responsible for ensuring financial stability, improving profitability, maintaining strong financial governance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and financial analysis. The candidate should be capable of working closely with senior management and providing data-driven recommendations on financial and business matter

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics

• Financial Management.- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, an
• d financial analysis.- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, an
• d financial controls.- Experience in managing finance/accounts teams and coordinating wi
