As an Application Lead with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP for Utilities CRM, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Expected to be an SME in SAP for Utilities CRM
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
- Responsible for team decisions and leading application development projects
- Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CRM applications
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities
- Experience with SAP CRM integration is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems recommended
Qualifications Required:

- A 15 years full-time education is required
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM is a must
