About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Category Growth Head to lead the marketing and growth function for CuriousJr, a Physics Wallah venture. The ideal candidate is a strategic hustler who can build scalable acquisition, engagement, and retention systems across both paid and organic channels while thriving in a fastpaced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute growth funnels across both inorganic (Paid: YouTube, Meta, Google, Affiliates) and organic (SEO, Content, Influencers, Communities, WhatsApp CLM) channels.

Drive Cohort Analysis, Attribution Modeling, and ROAS Tracking to optimize marketing efficiency.

Deep dive into parent personas (Tier 2/3 cities, Gulf, NRI, etc.) to map and refine buying journeys.

Conceptualize and run storytelling campaigns leveraging influencers, parentled content, YouTube shows, and SEO content ecosystems.

Align cross-functional teams Product, Sales, Mentors, Design, CLM, and Tech around category P&L ownership.

Build and lead a 510 member marketing/category team with clear performance metrics and ownership.

Develop and implement A/B testing playbooks for ad creatives, pricing pages, WhatsApp CLM flows, demo reminders, and referral nudges.

Rebalance channel spends dynamically to maintain cost efficiency (e.g., shifting budgets from YouTube to Affiliates when CPL spikes).

Drive continuous innovation and experimentation to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
