Role Overview:

We are hiring Trainee Marketing Executives for our Mathura and Patna locations. The role involves field sales, lead generation, market outreach, and supporting our marketing initiatives locally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and partners.
  
• Generate leads and support sales conversions within the assigned territory.
  
• Execute on-ground marketing activities, promotions, and brand awareness.
  
• Maintain daily MIS/reporting through mobile apps or Excel.
  
• Understand customer needs and provide product/service information.
  
• Build strong relationships and represent the brand professionally.
  

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with field sales and daily travel.
  
• Two-wheeler is compulsory; fuel reimbursement provided.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
  
• Basic computer/mobile application handling.
