Job Summary

Our company is looking for a proactive, creative, and enthusiastic Growth Marketing & Automation Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing, automation, and business growth. You will gain hands-on experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, CRM automation, online marketplace management, and performance marketing while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing growth marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Support the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns.
• Assist in managing WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including broadcasts, automated workflows, and audience segmentation.
• Help build and optimize marketing automation workflows and CRM campaigns.
• Support CRM management, customer segmentation, and lead nurturing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
• Assist in A/B testing campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives.
• Support the management of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), including product listings and promotional activities.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing tools.
• Perform other marketing and automation-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skill

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing, CRM tools, or marketing automation is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO fundamentals is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
