Role Summary

The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end AP operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor payments, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective team management. The role requires strong SAP expertise and experience in handling large AP teams in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end
  
  Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  
• Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices in SAP with proper validation and approvals.
  
• Handle vendor master management, GR/IR reconciliation, and aging analysis.
  
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS/TCS, and other applicable statutory requirements related to AP.
  
• Coordinate with Procurement, SCM, and Plant Finance teams for issue resolution.
  
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP.
  
• Monitor and control AP KPIs, cash outflows, and payment cycles.
  
• Handle internal and external audits, provide required data, and close audit observations.
