Legal Executive/Consultant-Thane (Real Estate)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal role to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mainly customers legal issues , supporting legal affairs, drafting and reviewing contracts/agreements, notices, MOU etc., ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and assisting in handling legal disputes. The candidate will be expected to manage all litigation and non-litigation aspects of the company. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, drafting skills and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Provide support in all legal affairs of the company.

2. Draft and review contracts/agreements, notices, MOU etc.

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

5. Manage all litigation and non-litigation aspects of the company.

6. Prepare legal documentation as required.

7. Liaise with external legal advisors and liaisoning team as needed.

**Qualifications:**

1. A Bachelors degree in Law is required.

2. Proven experience as a Legal Executive or a similar role.

3. Excellent knowledge of laws and regulations.

4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and drafting skills.

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

7. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
