Employee Engagement Specialist

Role Summary

As the Central Employee Engagement SPOC, you will own and drive the organizations employee engagement framework across all business units, locations, and group entities. Acting as the central coordinator, strategist, and execution lead, you will partner with multiple stakeholders to design meaningful experiences, build scalable engagement programs, and ensure every initiative reflects our culture while delivering measurable impact.

This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, manage multiple stakeholders, and continuously raise the bar on employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central SPOC for all employee engagement initiatives across locations and group entities.
• Design and manage the annual employee engagement calendar and engagement framework.

• Partner with HR, Admin, Procurement, Finance, Employer Branding, and other stakeholders to execute engagement programs.

• Manage engagement budgets, monthly provisions and expense reconciliation.

• Partner with the Sourcing team to coordinate vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, payments, and cost optimization.

• Drive the organizations Rewards & Recognition program, including budget governance, query management, and process standardization.

• Lead engagement-related internal communications and support leadership and organizational town halls.

• Drive employee communities, cohorts, and culture-building initiatives.

• Partner with HR Automation to streamline and automate engagement processes.

• Collaborate with Employer Branding and HR COEs on employee experience, wellness, and learning initiatives.

• Publish and drive visibility of the monthly employee engagement calendar across the organization, ensuring employees are aware of upcoming initiatives. Share monthly engagement reports and key insights with the leadership team, highlighting activities conducted, participation, impact, and key outcomes.

• Continuously improve employee experience by gathering feedback and introducing innovative engagement ideas aligned with the Every Day is Game Day philosophy.

What Were Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Employee Experience, or a similar HR role.
• Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized with strong ownership.
• Creative thinker with a passion for building engaging employee experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; a true people person.
• Proficient in MS Suite with the ability to manage large datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to improve employee experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
• Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
