About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Associate who will be involved in the
• overall HR function of the organization. This role offers hands-on exposure across the
• employee lifecycle and is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, processes,
• and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• ? Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews,
• and coordination
• ? Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities
• ? Maintain candidate and hiring trackers
• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• ? Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS/ATS updates
• ? Support joining, exits, and background verification processes
• ? Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes
• Employee Engagement & Communication
• ? Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes
• ? Assist in internal communication, engagement initiatives, and HR activities
• ? Support performance review and feedback cycles
• Compliance & Reporting
• ? Assist with statutory compliance documentation and audits (as applicable)
• ? Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain accurate data records
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• ? Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• ? 3+ years of experience in HR
• ? Strong communication and coordination skills
• ? Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• ? High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• ? Willingness to learn and take ownership
