Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Relations Manager. The Customer Relations Manager will oversee client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and build strong relationships with users of the platform. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, maintaining a client database, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance user experience. The role also involves resolving customer issues promptly, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for service improvement to ensure a seamless client journey.

Qualifications
  • Customer relationship management and client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in maintaining client databases and using customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for communication and customer support
  • A background in customer service or relationship management is a plus
