We specialize in delegate and visitor recruitment for international conferences and exhibitions from the SAARC region, working with partner companies in North America, Latin America, Europe, and the MENA region.

We cater to diverse sectors, including smart cities, urban development, instrumentation and control, ICT, medical, and food processing.

We are looking for a Marketing Team Leader (Digital Marketing) for our office in Pune. The ideal candidate will lead the marketing team, plan and execute online campaigns, manage digital strategies, and drive engagement across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team to meet campaign goals and KPIs.
• Plan and execute data-driven digital campaigns across search, social media, and email channels.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance online visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Manage SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and social media insights to measure and optimize results.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align strategies and messaging.
• Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
• 
  Maintain consistent branding and tone across all digital communication.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
• Ability to interpret data and use insights to optimize marketing performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in event marketing or B2B digital marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and campaign reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time On-site (Work from Office)
• Location: Pune
• Shift: Day shift only
• Weekly Off: 4th Saturday and all Sundays
• Experience: 2 to 3 years (minimum 1 year as Team Lead)
• Salary: Rs. 4.5 LPA to Rs 5 LPA
