Job Description
The Partner Program plays a pivotal role in scaling a companys sales, enhancing its organizational culture, and refining its product offerings. This is a strategic position focused on identifying gaps and uncovering opportunities throughout the partner lifecycle. By driving improvements, the Partner Account Manager will play a key role in streamlining sales processes and supporting partner retention, with a focus on value-added services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to embody and put into practice our core values every day, contributing directly to the continued success and expansion of Pipefy.
What youll do:
- Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with GSIs and enterprise partners within your portfolio.
- Strategic Development: Define and execute co-sell strategies with partners to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
- Partner Recruitment: Assist in recruiting new strategic partners for the program, as needed, expanding Pipefys partner ecosystem.
- Guidance and Support: Provide direction to partners along program paths, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to be successful.
- Value Proposition Creation: Work closely with partners to create tailored bundle propositions incorporating Pipefys solutions and the partners offerings.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Collaborate with partners to build a value-driven pipeline, track progress, and create accurate sales forecasts.
- Opportunity Generation: Design and implement relationship-based strategies to generate new sales opportunities with partners.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle with partners, including discovery, qualification, proof of concept, and negotiations.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage Salesforce and other tools to analyze sales execution, refine strategies, and optimize pipeline performance. Monitor funnel metrics and conversion rates.
- Sales Strategies & Close Plans: Develop and execute sales strategies based on data insights to drive partner success and close deals effectively.
- Business Insights: Gather and utilize insights into your partners business models and needs to identify opportunities where Pipefys solutions can drive better results.
What We Need From You:
Soft Skill:
- Proven experience in partner account management, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, especially with GSIs and enterprise-level partners.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience creating and executing co-selling strategies and working with partners to drive joint sales outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets.
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Hard Skills:
- Fluency in English: Proficient in all aspects of English communication, including speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
- Strategic Alliance Management: Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of Strategic Alliances, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and/or Enterprise Partners.
- Channel Development & Growth: Demonstrated experience in managing and expanding channel partnerships to drive business growth.
- Consultative Sales Expertise: Strong capability in consultative selling, offering tailored solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Advanced Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successfully navigating complex deals and driving favorable outcomes.
- Marketing & Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of marketing and sales principles, with the ability to leverage these insights to drive business results.
- Consultancy Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the consultancy industry and its unique dynamics, enabling effective collaboration with consultants and partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Adept at working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared objectives and drive project success.
