Role Summary:

Reporting To: Team Lead - Closing
Purpose: To generate sales of multiple residential projects by converting qualified leads into bookings, managing the end-to-end sales process, and ensuring a smooth, efficient transaction experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Host clients, deliver high-impact sales presentations, and provide comprehensive property orientations.
- Deal Closure: Win negotiations and close deals within specified Turnaround Times (TATs).
- Lead Conversion: Facilitate and drive site revisits, resolve customer queries, and maintain rigorous follow-ups to increase conversion ratios.
- Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets measured monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Channel Management: Maintain and develop relationships with Channel Partners (RCP/ICP/IPC) and activate new channels to grow the network.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of competitive information, perform regular competition mapping, and maintain a deep understanding of the micro-market.
- Operations & Process: Follow all company systems and processes rigorously; ensure high customer satisfaction to drive cross-selling opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate or MBA.

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Real Estate sales with a proven track record of closing high-value property deals.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and
documentation is essential.
