Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Service Manager to manage 34 Service Centers and drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. In addition to service operations, the role will also function as a Business Development Manager to promote and sell our service offerings to corporate companies and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cluster Service Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of 34 service centers.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue, productivity, and profitability targets.
  • Monitor service KPIs: TAT, repeat repairs, CSAT, SLA adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and service standards.
  • Drive team performance and manpower planning across locations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
  • Ensure proper inventory control and spare management.
  • Maintain strong coordination with internal departments.

2. Corporate Business Development (Service Sales)

  • Identify and approach corporate companies for AMC, bulk repairs, and service contracts.
  • Generate new B2B leads and convert them into long-term service clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote service offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing and close service agreements.
  • Maintain relationships with key corporate accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Work closely with service center teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate commitments.

Candidate Profile:

  • 812 years of experience in Service Operations / After-Sales / Retail Service Management.
  • Experience managing multiple locations is preferred.
  • Exposure to B2B or Corporate Sales is added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance operational control with business expansion.
  • Willingness to travel within the cluster region.
