We are seeking a motivated and skilled Research Assistant - MATLAB to join our R&D team. This full-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about simulation modeling, algorithm development, and academic research. You will be working on real-time projects involving MATLAB, Simulink, and associated toolboxes across various domains including signal processing, control systems, and AI-integrated simulations.

• Develop and optimize simulation models using MATLAB and Simulink.

• Perform data analysis, visualization, and computational tasks for ongoing research projects.

• Assist in writing technical reports, research papers, and patent documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including domain experts, project coordinators, and interns.

• Participate in R&D brainstorming sessions and contribute to the innovation pipeline.

• Ensure timely execution and delivery of project modules and reports.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong command over MATLAB programming and Simulink modeling.

• Solid foundation in at least one of the following: signal processing, control systems, image analysis, or machine learning algorithms.

• Familiarity with data structures, matrix operations, and numerical techniques.

• Good communication, analytical thinking, and technical writing skills.
