Titan Eye Plus is looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team asStore ManagersinNorth Bangalore. As a Store Manager, you will be the face of the brand, leading the showroom team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Lead, coach, and manage the showroom team to achieve sales and service goals
• Oversee daily store operations including billing, stock management, and customer service
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store upkeep standards
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively
• Coordinate with backend teams for stock, logistics, and support

• Prior experience in retail or team management is preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence
• Ability to manage operations, people, and performance metrics
• Basic computer literacy (billing software, inventory systems, etc.)
