Job Overview

Account Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the renewal process, ensuring clients are informed and prepared for policy renewals.
• Monitor policy changes, endorsements, and updates, and communicate them to clients as necessary.
• Sales and Upselling:
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by understanding clients evolving needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to offer additional insurance products that enhance clients coverage.
• Risk Assessment and Analysis:
• Evaluate clients risk profiles and make recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends and changes to provide informed guidance.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up to date client records, policies, and documentation.
• Prepare reports on account status, sales, and client satisfaction as required.
• Compliance and Regulations:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in account management or a related role within the insurance industry.
