Job Description

  • : Deputy General Manager – Civil

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Job Summary
  • We are looking for an experienced DGM – Civil to lead high-rise construction projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise commercial projects.
  • Oversee RCC, structural, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works.
  • Monitor project schedules, progress, budgets, and resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure quality standards, site safety, and compliance with approved drawings.
  • Manage contractors, manpower, material consumption, and cost control.
  • Review BOQs, contractor bills, DPRs, MIS, and project progress reports.
  • Eligibility & Skills
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in civil construction, preferably high-rise projects.
  • Strong expertise in construction planning, RCC, quality control, safety, and project management.
  • Software Skills: MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
