Role & responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and contracts pertinent to the jewelry industry.
- Provide legal consultation and support to different departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze existing and upcoming legislative developments that may impact the business operations.
- Assist in managing legal disputes and liaise with outside counsel when necessary.
- Conduct legal research to support business decisions and provide strategic advice to management.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees on legal compliance matters to foster a culture of awareness.
