Key Responsibilities
  • ·Human Resource Management:
  • ·Manage recruitment and onboarding processes end-to-end.
  • ·Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • ·Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
  • ·Coordinate employee engagement and grievance redressal.
  • ·Assist in performance evaluations and incentive calculations.
  • ·Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
  • ·Administrative Responsibilities:
  • ·Oversee general office administration and housekeeping.
  • ·Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and reimbursements for field staff.
  • ·Verify vouchers and ensure timely clearance every Friday for weekly submissions.
  • ·Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor relations.
  • ·Support management in facility upkeep and logistics coordination.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
  • ·Female candidate with above 2 years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • ·Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.
  • ·Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • ·Languages must know are Hindi , English and Bengali.
  • ·Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS tools.
  • ·Experience in retail or multi-location workforce preferred.
  • ·Self-driven and organized with the ability to multitask.
