About the Role :
Were looking for an analytical, proactive, and driven professional to join us as a Program Manager - Operations & Strategy for our Kochi, Hyderabad and Chennai teams.
In this role, you'll be the strategic and operational bridge between the central business team and the on-ground operations, ensuring our regional centres run efficiently, strategically aligned and business goals are met.
A key part of your mandate will be to grow the business in your state by leveraging local insights, customer understanding, and competitive intelligence to influence strategy and execution.
This is not a sales role - it's a business enablement, insights, and process excellence role.
What You'll Do :
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing structured solutions.
- Grow the business in your region by :
i. Leveraging local market insights
ii. Conducting competitive analysis
iii. Recommending targeted strategies for the Kerala/Telangana/Andhra- v Telangana markets
- Monitor key business metrics (productivity, conversion levers, quality, customer experience) and partner with regional teams to improve outcomes.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and uncover insights
- Collaborate with central Analytics, Product, and Strategy teams to localize and execute statelevel initiatives.
- Run structured program reviews with centre leadership to align goals, track progress, and ensure accountability.

- Lead special projects focused on process automation, performance improvement, or customer experience enhancement.
What we are looking for :
- 1+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar role (MBA preferred).
- Fluent in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil along with English
- Strong command of Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Structured problem solver with strong stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, bias for action, and comfort in unstructured environments
- Ability to influence multiple teams without direct authority
- Willingness to travel occasionally for reviews and implementation

Finally we believe companies must make a profit too, else how can they continue to service customers. Thus we are against customer side fraud. We like customers to make truthful declarations, and not try to cheat the system. All in all, Insurance has a huge role in supporting families in distress, and we will make it viable for every participant, as we said, fairly, transparently, and sustainably.
