Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Product/Program professional to drive strategic initiatives across the Insurance business. The role will involve working closely with business, technology, operations, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders, and taking end-to-end ownership of large, business-critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Own and drive strategic product/program initiatives across the Insurance business.
- 2. Understand business problems and translate them into scalable product/process solutions.
- 3. Work closely with Business, Technology, Operations, Analytics, and other stakeholders to drive execution.
- 4. Define program objectives, milestones, success metrics, and execution plans.
- 5. Drive initiatives from problem identification and solutioning through implementation and measurement.
- 6. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, business efficiency, conversion, and overall business outcomes.
- 7. Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
- 8. Use data and analytics to identify gaps, measure impact, and make informed decisions.
- 9. Develop strong understanding of insurance journeys, processes, and customer needs.
- 10. Ensure effective communication and governance for senior stakeholders.
- 11. Continuously identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and technology-led transformation.
- 8 - 14 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Business Transformation, Strategy, or related roles.
- Experience in Fintech, BFSI, E-commerce, or other technology-led businesses preferred.
- Strong understanding of product/program lifecycle and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong execution orientation with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute preferred

The true value of any insurance policy lies in the payment of a claim, and we will fight the corner of a customer very hard indeed, at the point of claim, and ensure he gets a fair deal from the insurance company. Finally we believe companies must make a profit too, else how can they continue to service customers. Thus we are against customer side fraud. We like customers to make truthful declarations, and not try to cheat the system. All in all, Insurance has a huge role in supporting families in distress, and we will make it viable for every participant, as we said, fairly, transparently, and sustainably.
