General Insurance Product Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for providing support and subject matter expertise for our General Insurance products.

What you will do: Analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide training to colleagues on new product features.

Key responsibility:

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of our general insurance product offerings.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive threats.
• Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop product training materials and conduct training sessions for colleagues.
• Collaborate with product development teams to improve existing products and develop new ones.
  
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding our products.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, insurance).
• 2-4 years of experience in the general insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance.
