Job Description
Role Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will support the planning and execution of influencer-led campaigns across digital platforms. This role involves identifying and coordinating with influencers, managing campaign execution, and ensuring that all influencer content aligns with the clients brand identity and campaign objectives. You will work closely with the account management, creative, and strategy teams to deliver impactful influencer collaborations in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Campaign Understanding
- Develop a strong understanding of the clients brand identity, tone of voice, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Ensure influencer content and collaborations align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
2. Influencer Identification & Outreach
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
- Evaluate influencer profiles based on audience demographics, engagement, content quality, and brand fit.
- Support influencer outreach, communication, and coordination for campaign collaborations.
3. Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Assist in managing influencer campaigns from onboarding to final delivery.
- Coordinate with influencers to share briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, and strategy) to ensure influencer deliverables align with campaign objectives.
4. Content Review & Quality Check
- Review influencer content to ensure alignment with brand messaging, campaign guidelines, and platform best practices.
- Conduct quality checks before content goes live and ensure approvals are obtained as required.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers.
- Assist in preparing campaign reports including reach, engagement, impressions, and other key performance metrics.
- Document campaign learnings and maintain records of influencer collaborations.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams such as media, content, and client servicing to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
- Ensure timely communication between influencers and internal stakeholders for seamless campaign delivery.
7. Online Reputation Monitoring
- Monitor influencer content and audience responses during campaigns.
- Track brand mentions and engagement related to influencer collaborations to ensure positive brand representation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital content trends.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities to evaluate influencer profiles and campaign performance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
