Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic District Sales Officer to join our team at Popees Baby Care Products Private Limited. As a District Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales in the Palakkad district of Kerala, India. This is a full-time position suitable for junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Consumer Services industry
• 
  Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driving license

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Manage and expand the distributor and retailer network in the district
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide product training and support to distributors and retailers
• Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns
• Stay updated with industry developments and trends
