Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven District Sales Officer to join our team. As a District Sales Officer, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. This is a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala, India.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned district

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue within the assigned district
  • Identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities
  • Manage and expand the existing customer base by providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments
