We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team and gain valuable experience in the entertainment and media industry.

We are seeking a Legal Intern to assist our legal department with a variety of tasks related to content production, distribution, and intellectual property. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the legal aspects of the entertainment and media industry. The ideal candidate is a current law student with a strong interest in media law, intellectual property, and contract law.

Responsibilities:

• Contract Review and Drafting:Assist with the review, drafting, and negotiation of various contracts, including but not limited to:
• Production agreements
• Distribution agreements
• Talent agreements
• Licensing agreements
• Vendor agreements

• Intellectual Property Management:
• Conduct research on copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property issues.
• Assist with the registration and maintenance of intellectual property rights.
• Monitor and address potential infringement issues.
• Legal Research:Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations related to content production, distribution, and online media.
• Compliance:Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including privacy laws and content regulations.
• Document Management:Organize and maintain legal documents and files.
• General Legal Support:Provide general legal support to the legal team as needed.
• Assist with creating and maintaining legal templates.
• Assist with clearance work for content.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school.
• Strong interest in entertainment law, media law, and intellectual property.
• Excellent research, writing,and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
